WHAT IS COVERED WITH THE QUICK-FIX REPAIR SERVICE?
Our Quick Fix service is designed to repair minor to intermediate issues, generally requiring up to 2 labor hours. Typical issues we frequently repair are website latency (slow load time), error messages, broken links, user lock outs/password retrieval, malware removal, database errors, and the white screen of death. This list is not all inclusive, as we do handle any type of issue or error.
WHAT IS MY PROBLEM IS WORSE THAN ANTICIPATED?
After receiving your request for the Quick Fix website repair service, we will evaluate the issue at hand to determine if it qualifies for the Quick Fix service, or if the issue is more involved. We do not believe in the bait and switch. We will advise you up front if the issue is more complex than a Quick Fix service, and provide you with a reasonable quote. No charges above the $39.95 will ever be incurred without your full knowledge and consent beforehand, nor will there ever be any “surprise” charges after the fact.
WHY SHOULD I PURCHASE A CARE PLAN?
You’ve heard that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure? The same holds true with websites. Themes and plugins are being revised constantly, and often an outdated theme and/or plugin has security issues making the website vulnerable to hackers. Failure to update the theme and/or plugins on your website creates problems ranging from poor performance to worse case, a very high security risk. Also, having a backup of your site ensures that if worse case scenario does happen, your site can be live again with minimal disruption, and without having to pay for a complete rebuild. While it is true that many hosts do provide some level of backups, most charge an exorbitant fee to restore your site from the backup files and also, if their server is compromised, so are your backup files. It only makes sense to have your backup files stored remotely to ensure that they are not corrupted.
CAN I CHANGE MY CARE PLAN AFTER SIGNING UP?

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
For our Quick Fix service, we offer a no-hassle, immediate refund if we cannot repair your issue.
For our Monthly Care Plans, these plans are based on monthly, quarterly or annual billing. You may cancel our service at any time. If cancelling during your billing cycle, a pro-rata refund will be issued to you for that portion of the billing period that has not been used (I.E. If you selected a 3 month plan and cancel after 2 months, you will receive a refund for the 1 month that had not been used.)
Our goal has always been to create happy, thriving customers. If you are not thrilled with our service, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy customer.
